About
More organizations are retaining independent contract legal services. Traditional high-quality external legal services can be too expensive to use throughout the project life cycle.
Existing in-house counsel may not have the capacity to focus on all valuable projects or tasks at all times, but particularly during crunch periods.
Building in-house legal capacity can be expensive, time-consuming and may not be necessary to address legal needs which are short-term or do not require full-time counsel.
We bridge the gap between external and in-house counsel by offering nimble, integrated, value-for-money legal services that allow project teams and in-house counsel to focus on core tasks.
We work seamlessly to increase your project or team's legal capacity, manage legal risks, improve contract administration, and resolve disputes earlier
